Our all-gloss finish signs have a 30-year warranty on manufacturer defect while our matte finish sign products have a 15 to 20-year warranty. This warranty is not extended to signs damaged from installer’s error or customer’s wrongdoing. We do, however, stand behind our product when it comes to being maintenance-free and weather resistant (our signs do not crack or fade under extreme weather and pressure). We are one of the only companies that use cast acrylic in our industry while our competitors use extruded acrylic. One of the differences is that cast acrylic is a better quality and has a smooth glass finish and lasts under extreme weather, whereas extruded acrylic has a dull appearance and may crack over time. All of our sales are final. We are not responsible for misspelled address signs as customers input their addresses, approve with their signatures and check off the terms and conditions.
