If we attend the site for installation and can’t install due to height being greater than 20 feet, the customer will be charged the full amount of the sign, plus shipping and half of the installation amount. The sign will be left with the customer and arrangements will have to be made for the sign to be installed at a later date with additional costs.

The sign is under a 30-year warranty only on manufacturer defects. 

Pictures of your custom address sign may be uploaded on our social media outlets without your consent. If you do not want your picture uploaded please email us and we will have it removed if it was posted.
